Return Policy

• In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games (i.e. Palworld Official Card Game) or trading card game related products.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Email support@cardboardpals.com with the order number that you would like to cancel, preferably from the email on your Cardboard Pals account and order.
• Please note that due to processing times, we can not guarantee cancellation of an order as it may already be processed and shipping.
• Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% restocking/cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• All cancellations must be sent via email to support@cardboardpals.com with the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER #…” prior to shipment.
