Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. As a default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. If an order has pre-order items with different release dates, the order will be shipped based on the date that’s furthest out. We suggest putting pre-orders on separate orders from currently available items so that they can ship as soon as they are available.

Pre-order purchases will be charged to your method of payment immediately upon purchase. 

Pre-orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. See our return policy for more details.
